Like new with less than 60 rounds through it. With Weaver scope mounts, 3x9x40 scope, and bipod. Great starter rifle or hunting rifle. Will include CA approved gun lock. There is a picatinny rail under the gun for the bipod or other accessories. Bipod extends higher than I ever needed for bench shooting. There are mounting points for a sling, but no sling is included.
