DESCRIPTION: Winchester Model xxxx Commemorative representing the 100 year anniversary of xxxx - xxxx lever action rifle. When Theodore Roosevelt set off on his famous African Safari he packed dozens of different rifles; only one came back a legend: The Winchester Model xxxx lever action.
The 30-06 caliber rifle is packaged in a padded display box with its brochure.
The xxxx was produced by Winchester between xxxx and xxxx and the rifle has never been fired. The rifle is in very good condition, however, the display box is showing some signs of wear.
CA DOJ STATUS: The firearm is currently registered in California and must be transferred to a buyer with a valid California DMV ID, which implies the buyer must pass a California background check and endure a ten (10) day waiting period before picking up the firearm.
TRANSFER: There is an FFL fee and DOJ background check fee to transfer ownership of the firearm to the buyer. The FFL transfer fee is negotiable for cash purchases, but the California background check fee is not negotiable.
Optionally, the firearm could be shipped to an FFL in the State & City of buyer's residency, who agrees to transfer the firearm to the buyer.
PAYMENT: Cash is the preferred payment method, or major credit card accepted.
DELAYED PAYMENT: During this month, we are offering a special delayed payment plan with 1/2 of the purchase price as a down payment with the remainder due at the time of transfer.
EXTENDED PAYMENT: Optionally, an extended payment plan (up to 60 days) can be arranged with a delayed background check and transfer submittal.
