*** SOLD *** M-1 Carbine Commemorative Set - War and Piece 1941-1981 in Fresno, California For Sale

DESCRIPTION: M-1 Carbine Commemorative Set representing the "War and Piece" period of xxxx - xxxx. The set is displayed in a handsome padded display case with the M-1 Carbine .30 caliber rifle, sling, scope and mount, belt buckle, bayonet with lug and scabbard, small capacity magazine, and brochure and assessory catalog.
The set was produced by Universal Firearms,in xxxx and the rifle has never been fired. The case and its contents are in very good condition and complete, however, the large capacity magazine has been removed per California Law.
The rifle is currently registered in California and must be transferred to a buyer with a valid California DMV ID, which implies the buyer must pass a California background check and endure a ten (10) day waiting period before picking up the rifle.
TRANSFER: The FFL transfer fee is $25.00 and the State background check fee is $25.00 to transfer ownership of the rifle to the buyer. The FFL transfer fee is negotiable for cash purchases, but the California background check fee is not negotiable.
Optionally, the rifle could be shipped to an FFL in the State & City of buyer's residency, who agrees to transfer the rifle to the buyer.
PAYMENT: Cash is the preferred payment method, or major credit card accepted.
DELAYED PAYMENT: During this month of August, we are offering a special delayed payment plan with 1/2 of the purchase price as a down payment with the remainder due at the time of transfer.
