I just bought my first home, and am working on closing by the end of this month. I bought a two bedroom and unfortunately my friend who I was going to move in with will be moving out . I am looking for a really cool roommate who likes to have fun, but is responsible and respectful. The apartment is really cute and the bedroom I am offering has its own bathroom, two closets and access to the balcony. The building is really safe and secure and in an awesome location. The bedroom which you see would be yours with the bathroom attached. The rent is $550 a month and a deposit will be needed as well. I would prefer a girl roommate around my age, but I am open to other people if we get along.
