We dont hire backgrounds : We hire top producers You do not need to have sales experience or be licensed but we are looking for people who are the best at whatever they do.
Your weapon will be your phone. If you dont like talking on the phone, then we wish you the best of luck. But, if you genuinely enjoy helping people, coupled with the drive and discipline to succeed, you will determine how much money you will take home this year.
We are radical about training and self:improvement so, if you have what it takes, we will invest and teach you our proven system. No experience is necessary but you must be able to melt the phone lines. We work hard, make a ton of money, and have a lot of fun in the process.
We have a heavy marketing budget for our team which includes direct mail, internet, and television advertising. We are marketing machines and train our team to convert leads like absolute animals.
We work with real estate agents and other professionals to provide us with below market deals. We close fast, we buy as is, we have an amazing reputation, and we can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria. Your job will be to help the company acquire properties from these agents and homeowners. You do NOT need to have a real estate license.
