Your weapon will be your phone. If you dont like talking on the phone, then we wish you the best of luck. But, if you genuinely enjoy helping people, coupled with the drive and discipline to succeed, you will determine how much money you will take home this year. Leads will never be a problem. We provide in house leads at no cost to you.
We are radical about training and self:improvement so, if you have what it takes, we will invest and teach you our proven system. No experience is necessary but you must be able to melt the phone lines. We work hard, make a ton of money, and have a lot of fun in the process.
We have a heavy marketing budget for our team which includes direct mail, internet, and television advertising. We are marketing machines and train our team to convert leads like absolute animals.
We work with several lenders who are proven and able to close our deals We close fast, we have an amazing reputation, and we can scale our business based on loan and lead volume. Your job will be to contact homeowners to lower their monthly mortgage payment with a lower rate, eliminate their PMI, or put them into a reverse mortgage product. Yes, you need to have a real estate license and NMLS license.
