Recruiting Assistant / Administrative Support / Customer Service We are seeking a Recruiting Assistant to offer support to our internal sales and recruitment team. We are looking for someone that is creative, resourceful, organized and enthusiastic. This person will assist other team members with research, gathering and compiling of data and organizing the data for utilization by the team. This person will review and pre-screen incoming applicants for viability. This position will be responsible for any administrative and payroll tasks that may be assigned to them by the sales and recruitment team. This position offers room for advancement in many areas of our organization. Support Role Expectations: Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most. Administrative and marketing support to the Insurance Relief Team. Process Payroll and update Client/Candidate files. Assisting with the creation of marketing materials and special projects as needed (PowerPoint presentations, mailers, etc.) General office duties. (ie ordering supplies, filing, database maintenance and updates) Assisting Clients and Candidates with any customer service issues that arise. Insurance Relief specializes in insurance related temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire placement services. Job Requirements: Must have HIGH ENERGY, professionalism and strong desire to succeed. Must work well in a team environment. Must be creative! Administrative, clerical or customer service experience required. 2 years of experience in a support role. Time management, problem solving and excellent communication skills are required. Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills. Organizational/prioritization skills with the flexibility to change a schedule as needed. Warm/genuine approach with clientele, candidates and internal team. Reputation for being an overachiever with a creative edge. Enjoy change and a high level of responsibility.
